A foundational understanding of human memory and the interplay between deception and truth. How human biology and physiology are affected by truth and deception. Current research on confabulation. Insight from a practicing forensic psychologist (Ph.D.) who in her 18 year career has interviewed thousands of incarcerated inmates sentenced to life in prison determines truth from deception and her clinical DSM-5 analysis of personality disorders. How underlying disorders impact the interview.
