Lindsay Clancy Memory Retrieval, Exposure, and Source Matrix (RESM) Proposition Register
The Retrieval, Exposure, and Source Matrix (RESM) is a proposition-level analytical structure used to trace the provenance, reference frame, elicitation conditions, intervening exposures, changes, interpretations, and independent evidentiary relationships of material autobiographical information across the Memory Retrieval History.
The RESM does not determine whether a memory is true, false, contaminated, diagnostically valid, or legally significant. Its purpose is to preserve the developmental record of material propositions so that later reviewers can distinguish reported recollection from interpretation, identify when information first appeared, document relevant exposures, and evaluate the relationship between later accounts and independent evidence.
The MRH documents the retrieval and exposure events. The RESM traces what happens to individual material propositions across those events.
Future Interactive Development
The present RESM publication preserves the complete analytical structure without automated filtering or interpretation. Future I³ development may incorporate search, field filtering, proposition comparison, and other interactive research functions.
Any future interactive tool should preserve the underlying source-controlled data and should not automatically assign credibility, memory contamination, diagnostic, or legal conclusions.
